Due to quality building materials like Trex? decking and epoxy-coated rail systems, combined with generous management contributions for regular services like landscaping and snow removal, annual upkeep and maintenance fees are significantly lower than typical townhome communities. Some fees that you can expect at St. Ledger's Woods are low taxes, low utilities, and a small annual maintenance fee.

Can I customize my kitchen or bath?
Yes! You can choose the grain of your kitchen cabinets, select from a variety of granite countertops, and change the color of your appliances. What kind of storage space do the homes provide?
The units have been designed with ample closet space in mind, including luxurious walk-ins in many rooms. The oversized garage will fit two cars and still have enough space to store your tools and lawn essentials. Plus, each home has a full basement with approximately 8-foot ceilings, providing plenty of room for all of your storage needs.
